WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup

In-store and curbside pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday – Friday from 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday from 9.00am to 1.00pm. An email or contact confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Shipping Fees

We offer shipping at the following rates:

5-7 Working Days RM12/ kg
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
7-14 Working Days RM24/ kg

Delivery

We offer delivery at the following rates:
Delivery Shipping Fees
Klang Valley RM1.50/km

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. Once your order is packaged, we will send an update with your tracking information.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
